Registration Rates

We understand that many governing councils may not have completed their election process by the registration deadline. Therefore, it is acceptable to register a specific number of delegates, with the names "To Be Determined."

Here is a list of info you will need to collect for each student to be able to complete registration:

  • Early Bird - $310 member/$410 non-member

    •  Until December 16, 2024

  • Regular - $365 member/$465 non-member

    • December 17, 2024 - January 20, 2025

  • Late - $425 member/$515 non-member

    • January 21, 2025 - February 8, 2025

Hotel Reservations at the Renaissance Waverly

Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center

As of December 20 at noon eastern, we have filled the room block at the Renaissance Waverly. An overflow hotel option will be provided soon!

The last day to book a room is Saturday, January 25 at 5:00 pm EST.

  • If booking 3+ rooms: the Marriott booking website will only allow you to book three rooms at one time. If you would like to book more than three at once, please call Marriott central reservations at 1-888-391-8724 and notify them they are booking under the “Southeastern Greek Leadership” or “SGLA” group rate.

  • 2025 Rate: $152/night plus tax (14%) and $8 State/County Fee

  • Incidentals Hold: $50 per night / per room (released 3-5 business after departure).

  • Parking 

    • Cars and Vans: free

    • Bus Parking: $80 per night per bus. Bus Parking must be secured at minimum 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure spacing is available and payment is received. It will be based on first come first serve. Bus Parking must be secured with Sandria Effs. Please complete the following to secure your bus parking;

      1. Method of Payment Check or Credit Card (2 weeks prior to arrival)

      2. Complete Bus Parking Questionnaire

      3. Send to Sandria Effs

    • Bus parking will not be secured unless the hotel receives both items above.
      An instruction email on where to park will be sent out to the school’s point of contact 1 week prior to arrival.
